Insurance/Payment

Our office is happy to file your insurance at no charge. If you wish, we will help to determine your benefits and your payment responsibilities before your treatment. We accept all insurance carriers that allow you to go out of network. Our office is not a provider of any preferred plan. We encourage you to become familiar with your policy exclusions, your deductible and your maximum coverage. We accept cash, checks and Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards.

Our courtesy service to you includes:

• Electronic filing of your insurance within 24 hours of your visit with a request for payment of your benefit to our offices
  
• Following all ADA guidelines on coding and filing procedures

Your responsibility as owner of your insurance policy:

• Payment at the time services are rendered of fees not covered by your insurance plan.
